This is an Oregon sunstone with heavy schiller that forms a striation pattern. As you can see in the video, our faceters were able to cut the stone to mitigate the schiller and to maximize the play of light off the facets. The schiller is caused by tiny copper inclusions which are readily visible in the pictures but are not readily visible when viewed with the eye.
